The part everyone scrolls to…

Rates. No mystery.

Two phases, two numbers, one fairness rule — everything said out loud before you ever get on a call.

Phase 01

The sprint

From $5,000 / month
3–6 months, depending on the size of the mess

The intensive part. I take apart your whole funnel — ads, site, the yes, the real-world follow-through — and rebuild it piece by piece. Most sprints land between $5,000 and $10,000 a month; where yours sits depends on how much machine there is to fix.

  • Fixes shipped every week, live on your real business
  • Strategy and the build from the same brain — no hand-offs
  • Direct line to me. No account managers.
Phase 02

The chair

From $2,000 / month
Month-to-month after the sprint · sized to the business
No lock-in — you stay because it works.

Once the big fixes land, I stay on watch: monitoring, ad checks, small improvements every month, and a fast answer when something breaks. You'll mostly forget I'm there. The numbers won't.

  • Your ads, checked and tuned monthly
  • Small fixes before they become big ones
  • Priority access when you need a guy in the chair
The toe-dip

Or start with just Month One

Every sprint begins with a month of learning anyway — so you can book only that. One month at the sprint rate: I do the full learning phase (accounts, store, the works) and hand you the plan — what's leaking, what fixing each thing is worth, in what order. Continue into the sprint if it makes sense. Stop there if it doesn't — the plan is yours to keep. No hard feelings in the chair.

Side door

1-person owner-operator?

Trainers, makers, one-van crews — if the whole payroll is you, the math changes: I stretch the runway instead. The same work spread over a longer stretch at a lower monthly rate, so it actually fits a one-person budget — usually $1,500–$3,000 a month. Same free check-up, same fairness rule — and a smaller chair afterwards, too. When it asks who runs the show, answer “just me.”

The fairness rule

My fee has to earn itself.

Rule of thumb: the monthly fee should be roughly a quarter — or less — of the margin the work visibly adds. The free check-up is where we find out whether that math works for your business. If it doesn't, I'll say so straight, and the leak list is still yours. Free either way.

How it actually works

From first call to fixed funnel

00

One free call. I show up already knowing things — I'll have gone through your funnel before we ever talk. You tell me what hurts; I tell you what I found.

01

Weeks one to four: learning. I dig into the accounts, get your passwords into an actual password manager, spend time in the store if you're local, and talk to whoever runs things. Some software is mandatory — I keep it to a minimum.

02

The plan. Plain language: what's leaking, what I'll fix, in what order, and what each fix is worth.

03

Implementation. Fixes ship weekly. We work over text — that's the channel. Calls happen when they earn their minutes.

Minimum meetings — we respect each other's time. I'm the guy in the chair: I help you hunt down the criminal, then cheer from afar. You're a flight away, celebrating with the team at the bar.

Numbers out of reach right now?

Take the check-up anyway. The leak list is yours to keep, you can fix things at your own pace, and when the machine gets bigger — you'll know a guy.
